The problem: A team of tutors checked each student's progress by hand on an external language platform and coordinated sessions over email.
What we built: A Django module that queries the provider's GraphQL API every morning, computes each student's stage and risk with a rule engine, proposes ten sessions per student, books them in Zoom and flags anyone who has not studied for 14, 30 or 45 days.

The problem: The sales team kept leads, appointments and opportunities in GoHighLevel, but finding out which ad sold or which rep closed meant exporting and cross-checking by hand.
What we built: An n8n flow that gathers GoHighLevel contacts, opportunities and appointments into one JSON payload, and a Next.js dashboard that validates it with Zod and shows it with filters by period, rep and ad.

The problem: A messaging gateway that already ran on the MX format (ISO 20022) needed to receive and send messages in the older MT format.
What we built: MT103 and MT202 support on Apache Camel: parsers, validators, JSON mapping files and an automatic flow that converts MT to pacs.008 and pacs.009 to MT202. Batches are processed asynchronously, and a faulty message is logged without stopping the rest.

The problem: A parking platform issued invoices through Siigo, Alegra and SATCOM, and failed invoices left no trail to retry them.
What we built: We extended the existing connectors: company registration with each provider, new document types, a queued job that resends failed invoices and a log of every request with its tax ID so any send can be traced.

The problem: One operation distributed kits by municipality and another tracked material going in and out of a plant. Both kept inventory in spreadsheets.
What we built: For the first, a Laravel backend with bulk imports, permissions by department and municipality, and cached PDF records bundled into ZIP files from a queue. For the plant, an installable web app with QR scanning, camera photos and admin approval.

FAQ

What people usually ask before starting

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one. The repository, hosting and service accounts are in your company's name, with the documentation another team needs to carry on without us.

Why a two-person team?

Because whoever diagnoses the problem writes the code: there is no handoff between sales and engineering. If a project needs more hands, we bring in developers and say so in the proposal.

How does payment work?

In US dollars, per phase: 50% upfront and 50% on accepted delivery of each phase. Monthly plans are paid in advance and carry a 13% discount on the hourly rate.

Do you work with companies outside Colombia?

Yes. We work remotely, in English and Spanish, and schedule meetings in your time zone. Colombia is on UTC-5.

What do I need to get started?

Read access to the systems involved and someone on your team who knows the process. That is enough for the diagnosis.

Do you use AI?

Only where it helps and can be checked, such as classifying or summarizing text. Business rules and calculations live in tested code, so two runs give the same result.
